Therefore, when using a small eccentricity to cultivate microorganisms, the only way to improve the oxygen uptake rate is to reduce the filling amount and increase the rotation speed too high. The disadvantage is that the filling amount is too small, and when the cultivation time is long, the amount of water evaporated in the culture medium is too large, causing the culture medium to be too viscous and resulting in a decrease in dissolved oxygen.
