SPG series vertical pipeline shielded pumpIt is a pump product with an integrated structure of an electric motor and a water pump. The pump chamber and the motor form a sealed whole, eliminating the mechanical seal and solving the problem of liquid leakage caused by seal damage, so that the liquid medium does not leak - it is called * no leakage. Removing the rolling bearings and using impregnated resin graphite bearings, the friction coefficient is low and the bearings are lubricated using the fluid medium they transport. Working conditions:

1. The medium being transported must be a fluid that is soft water, thin, non solidifying, and free of solid particles and fibers.

2. The medium temperature of SPG series pumps shall not exceed 90 ℃, and the medium temperature of SPG (R) series pumps shall not exceed 130 ℃.

3. The inlet pressure of the system shall not be less than 0.05MPa, and the system pipeline must be filled with liquid to ensure that the top exhaust valve can discharge liquid. If the inlet pressure is higher than 0.15MPa, it should be specified separately when ordering.

4. The maximum pressure of the SPG shielded pump system is 1.6MPa, which means that the suction pressure of the water pump plus the pump head is ≤ 1.6MPa. When it is higher than 1.6MPa, it can be raised separately when ordering.

5. The rated frequency of the electric pump is 50Hz, the rated voltage is 380V, and it adopts full voltage direct starting. The protection level of the electric pump casing is IP 54, and the insulation level is F.

6. From the shaft end, the electric pump rotates clockwise.

7. Explosion proof level EXd II. BT3 EXd II. BT4 explosion-proof type shall be formulated in accordance with the provisions of GB 3836.12.

4. Bearings use the conveyed liquid for self lubrication, without the need for lubricating oil, so they do not contaminate the conveyed liquid and eliminate the trouble of regular oil injection.

5. The motor and pump are coaxial, and the impeller of the pump is directly installed on the motor shaft, forming a leak proof sealed whole (i.e. shielded electric pump) inside the pump.

6. The impeller adopts a water thrust balance design, which allows the rotor to be in a suspended state during operation, reduces the axial wear of graphite bearings, thereby improving the service life, reducing operating costs and the cost of frequent pump replacement.

7. The motor has no cooling fan and the rolling bearings are removed, so the operating noise and vibration are very small.

8. The specification design of the pump inlet and outlet flanges is the same as that of standard valves, and they are located on the same centerline with a low center, which facilitates pipeline layout and makes the pump room design more reasonable and practical.

9. The standardization and systematization of components are high.

10. The junction box adopts a waterproof structure and can be safely used outdoors.

11. The series or parallel operation mode of the pump can be adjusted according to the requirements of flow rate and head.

12. The newly adopted impregnated resin graphite bearings have the advantages of high wear resistance, low friction coefficient, anti-aging, and resistance to sediment and sand.
