This analytical principle is not affected by the interference of water vapor concentration. The ultraviolet light source adopts aluminum gallium nitride luminescence technology, which can cover a spectral range from450nmto200nmThe ultraviolet light. The absorption of ultraviolet energy by the sample gas conforms to Lambert's law-Bill's Law.

The physical structure of the ultraviolet gas sensor consists of a narrow linewidth ultraviolet light source and two receiving detectors. Among them, the reference detector continuously receivesUVThe radiation intensity is used to counteract aging effects and temperature effects. In the photometer, ultraviolet light is processed through a lens to generate parallel beams. The parallel beam is further divided into a measurement beam and a reference beam.
