Overview
The SN-NQ100 fully automatic pour point analyzer for oil detection is a fully automatic pour point analyzer developed and produced by our company according to the ASTM D6749 standard. It uses the air pressure method to test the pour point and pour point of the sample, requiring only 4.5mL of sample. The measurement process is automatically completed by the instrument without human intervention, with fast measurement speed and accurate results. The test results are consistent with the tilt method described in ISO3016 and ASTM D97. The testing interval of the sample is 1 ℃, and the test results have better repeatability and reproducibility.

1、 Instrument Introduction
The pour point analyzer meets the standards of GB/T510, ASTMD2386, GB/T3535, and ASTMD97, and is suitable for measuring the pour point of lubricating oil and dark petroleum products. There is no limit to the viscosity size, making it more widely applicable. Can be applied to departments such as power, petroleum, chemical, commercial inspection, and scientific research.
2、 Instrumentprinciple
When the sample is placed in a designated test tube and cooled to the expected temperature, the push rod motor tilts the tilting frame to 45 degrees. After one minute, high-precision light sensor detection technology is used to detect whether the liquid level has condensed based on the principle of light reflection.
If necessary, the freezing point tube can be directly pulled out from the freezing hole, and the human eye can judge whether it has solidified. This method can serve as a basis for arbitration.

SN-NQ100 Fully Automatic Condensation Point and Tilt Point Tester for Oil Product Testing Precautions
1. When the instrument malfunctions, the power should be immediately cut off. After the temperature of the instrument's cold trap returns to room temperature, professional personnel should be hired to repair and eliminate the fault before continuing to use it to prevent accidents.
2. When replacing the sample, the test tube must be cleaned and dried to prevent other sample liquids from affecting the test results.
3. The instrument should be stored in an environment with a temperature of (10-40) ℃, relative humidity below 80%, and free of corrosive gases and harmful substances in the air.
4. It is recommended to choose a circulating cooling bath to provide cooling protection for the internal refrigeration components of the instrument.
