SMC cylinder prices, Japan SMC pneumatic, Japan SMC solenoid valve, Japan SMC cylinderHas the following characteristics:
A polymer diaphragm filter element with high cleanliness and reliability. The filtration accuracy is 0.01 μ m. The secondary side cleanliness can reach 6L without particles larger than 0.1 μ m!
Technical parameters refer to SMC sample
On the premise of meeting the requirements for fluid usage (air, nitrogen), pressure, filtration accuracy, and environmental conditions, when selecting based on the primary side pressure and maximum flow rate requirements, attention should be paid to:
For anti-static double-layer sealed packaging in a clean room, when opening the inner packaging, it must be done in a clean environment (such as a clean room).
Any use that comes into direct or indirect contact with the human body (such as respiratory, medical, etc.) should be discussed with our company in advance.
Pneumatic components installed on the secondary side must not generate dust, otherwise the cleanliness will decrease.
For handling air volume, the initial pressure drop should be less than 0.02 MPa, otherwise it will shorten the service life of the filter.
Piping connections should comply with the corresponding regulations for various pipe joints.
It should be set at a pressure pulsation not exceeding 0.1 MPa.
Used for clean air systems. Has the following characteristics:
1. A polymer diaphragm filter element with high cleanliness and reliability. The filtration accuracy is 0.01 μ m. The secondary side cleanliness can reach 6L without particles larger than 0.1 μ m!
2. All products have undergone a 0.1 μ m cleanliness check!
3. Clean, assemble, inspect, and package everything in the clean room!
SMC cylinder is a commonly used pneumatic actuator used to control and drive mechanical systems. In order to ensure the normal operation of SMC cylinders and extend their service life, regular maintenance work is required.
Regular lubrication: The most important aspect of maintenance is regular lubrication. Lubricants can reduce friction and wear, protecting the components inside the cylinder. Use appropriate lubricants, lubricate according to the manufacturer's instructions, and regularly check if the lubrication is sufficient.
Clean the cylinder surface: Regularly clean the outer surface and piston rod. Clean the surface of the cylinder with a clean cloth or soft brush to remove any dust, dirt, and particulate matter that may have adhered. Avoid using sharp objects or chemical solvents for cleaning to prevent damage to the cylinder surface.
Check seals: Regularly inspect seals to ensure they are intact and undamaged. Check for cracks, aging, or deformation in the seals, and replace them promptly if any problems are found.
Check connectors and pipelines: Regularly inspect connectors and gas pipelines. Ensure that the connection is securely fastened and free from looseness or air leakage. Check whether the gas pipeline is damaged, blocked, or bent. If there are any problems, they need to be repaired or replaced in a timely manner.
Check the piston rod: Regularly check the piston rod. Observe the surface of the piston rod for scratches, corrosion, or wear, and promptly address any issues. You can use a clean cloth to wipe the piston rod and apply lubricant as needed.
Check the interior of the cylinder: Regularly inspect the internal condition. Observe whether there are foreign objects, dirt, or odors inside the cylinder, and clean them if necessary. At the same time, check whether the piston and sealing ring of the cylinder are normal, whether there is any abnormal noise or jamming phenomenon, and if there is a problem, it should be dealt with in a timely manner.
Regular maintenance records: For maintenance work, it is recommended to establish regular maintenance records. Record maintenance time, maintenance content, lubricant usage, and other information to better track and manage maintenance work.
