Since the 1980s, assembled fiberglass water tanks have been widely used to solve the above problems. Fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) water tanks have the advantages of no leakage, no deformation, no pollution, and long service life. They are easy to assemble and have a beautiful appearance. 5、 Installation instructions

1. Basic requirements for water tank

The geometric dimensions of concrete foundation shall be formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB02S101.

The height difference of the concrete foundation plane is less than 5mm

2. Installation, construction, and acceptance of water tanks

Professional welders perform on-site argon arc welding.

There is a standard power supply on the construction site. There is a maintenance space of ≥ 500mm around the water tank.

Appearance inspection shows no rust or pollution: Fill the box with water for 2-3 hours, and if there is no obvious deformation or leakage in the welds, it is considered qualified.

3. The use, maintenance, and upkeep of water tanks

When piping, do not apply excessive load to the inlet and outlet of the piping.

Do not directly apply the weight of valves and large-diameter pipes to the water tank inlet. If necessary, set up pipe supports:

Expansion, contraction, and vibration of welded pipes must be equipped with flexible expansion joints.

4. Water tank configuration and supporting accessories

The supply scope of the water tank includes the box body, lockable manhole, ladder, short pipe, and single piece flange. We can also provide supporting accessories according to user requirements, such as float valves, glass tube level gauges, and various water tank disinfection equipment.
