This standard SM-15 has X and Z-axis moving units, but no Y-axis moving unit. Therefore, the single axis micro motion unit can be placed between the AP frame rod attachment point and the SM-15 device. This makes adjusting the Y-axis smoother and more precise than before by tilting the AP frame rod.
