Equipment features:

When using four wire measurement, due to the four leads forming a current circuit and a voltage testing circuit respectively, the impedance of the voltage measurement circuit is high, and the current flowing through can be ignored. The leads of the voltage testing circuit have almost no current, so the final measured voltage is the voltage on the tested resistorR=U/I.
