The machine is equipped with two stepless speed regulating motors, one of which is used to adjust the rotation speed of the bottle sorting flower disc. In other words, the faster the turntable speed, the faster the bottle sorting and discharging speed, and vice versa. And there is a photoelectric switch at the exit of this machine to detect whether there is a bottle blockage on the conveyor belt behind. If there is a bottle blockage, the motor of the bottle tray will automatically stop. If a bottle shortage is detected, it will automatically turn on and deliver bottles. And it is suitable for automatic bottle sorting and conveying of plastic bottles in industries such as agrochemical, daily chemical, and pharmaceutical.

working principle

Core working principlePour the bottles into the bin of the bottle sorting machine, and continuously add them to the bottle sorting tray through the elevator. The bottle sorting tray rotates to make the bottles fall into the gaps around it. After passing through the flipping mechanism, the diameter of the bottles with the bottle mouth facing up is conveyed to the filling line, and the bottles with the bottle mouth facing down are flipped to become bottles with the bottle mouth facing up
