Product Features

1. The unique cooling principle ensures that the material comes into full contact with cold air to achieve excellent cooling effect.

2. The volume capacity is 1.3 times larger than that of the same type of counterflow cooler, which is particularly suitable for the need to increase the volume of materials after expansion.

3. The upper part is equipped with a rotating material distribution mechanism to maintain the same level of material layer inside the machine, resulting in a more uniform cooling effect.

4. Adopting a swing rod discharge mechanism, the particle gelatinization degree is small, and when used in conjunction with an expander, it can better demonstrate its superiority.

5. There are few moving parts, simple structure, low noise, and no faults.

Features

The cubic capacity is 1.3 times of the same type of counterflow cooler, It is specially suitable for expanded material.

A rotary uniforming system is mounted on the upper part which keeps the material at the same level in the machine so that the material is evenly cooled.

The swing link discharge system is used to minimize the powderizing of pellet. If it is completed with expander, it will display more superiority.

Less moving parts with compact structure, low noise and trouble free.

The cooled temperature is not 5℃ higher than room temperature, which is far better than the national standard.
