In addition to conventional indoor air and ambient air sampling, the 10 liter large capacity gives it a special purpose:
Multiple analyses are required: When a single analysis method requires a large amount of gas consumption, or when the same sample needs to be distributed to multiple instruments (such as GC-MS, gas chromatography, etc.) for different indicator detection, a 10 liter bag provides sufficient sample gas.
Cooperate with vacuum sampling box: This size is specifically designed to accommodate SKC's extra large vacuum sampling box (Extra Large Vac-U-Chamber, item number 231-944).
Principle: Place the bag into a hard box and create negative pressure by extracting air from the box, causing the external sample gas to automatically flow into the bag. This method does not pass through a sampling pump to avoid contamination or adsorption of the pump body.
Long term average sampling: Combined with an extremely low flow rate flow limiter, longer integration sampling can be performed.
Inflation volume: To prevent bursting, it is usually recommended to control the inflation volume at around 80% of the maximum capacity (approximately 8 liters).
Transportation protection: Due to the large size of the bag, it is more susceptible to compression during transportation after being filled with gas. It is recommended to use hard containers or specialized boxes for transportation to avoid piercing by sharp objects.
Cleaning: It is also recommended to clean with high-purity nitrogen gas at least 3 times before use.
