1、 Instrument Overview
The infrared carbon sulfur analyzer adopts a split machine design, which integrates two independent modules: the high-frequency combustion furnace system and the infrared detection system. The high-frequency furnace is equipped with an anti high-frequency leakage device, and the entire circuit system is equipped with an anti electromagnetic interference device. The detection system and the high-frequency furnace are controlled by fiber optic communication, thereby eliminating the instability of analysis results caused by high-frequency interference or electromagnetic interference. This product can quickly and accurately determine the mass fraction of carbon and sulfur elements in steel, iron, alloys, casting core sand, non-ferrous metals, cement, ore, coke, catalysts, and other materials. This equipment has introduced foreign technology and is a high-tech product that integrates optical, mechanical, electrical, computer, and analytical technologies. It has the characteristics of wide measurement range, strong anti-interference ability, complete functions, easy operation, and accurate and reliable analysis results.
