SJ5180 Laser Length Measuring Machine

The SJ5180 laser length measuring machine adopts high-precision laser measurement system, precision grinding guide rail, high-precision temperature environment compensation system, bidirectional constant force measurement system, and high-performance computer control system technology to achieve high-precision measurement of various length parameters. By using high-precision grinding guide rails to ensure high stability and straightness of measurement walking, a laser measurement system is used to record the length direction coordinates in contact measurement. The data is then synthesized with feedback data from tilt measurement devices, force measurement devices, and temperature sensors by a computer. The relevant length parameters are calculated and obtained by analyzing the relevant definitions and formulas of the measured part parameters.
