It adopts imported high-precision grating system as the standard, precise grating displacement measurement and control technology, imported motor control system, high-resolution CCD and the latest digital image processing technology, to achieve fully automatic and high-precision calibration of the indicator. The fully automatic indicator meter calibrator is easy to operate. The operator only needs to install the indicator meter, select the type, division value, range and other parameters of the meter on the calibration software, click the start calibration button, and the calibrator will immediately drive the indicator meter to calibrate according to national regulations. The entire process does not require the operator's participation. After the verification is completed, the software will store all verification data for users to query and print verification records and results (including data lists for each point, forward and reverse error curves, and whether various indication errors are qualified and qualified levels, etc.). Its calibration speed is 4-5 times faster than semi-automatic calibration instruments.
