1. Introduction to SGP encapsulation film production line
The SGP encapsulation film production line manufactured by GWELL adopts unique design and advanced manufacturing technology. Improved the stability and automation level of the machine. The feeding system is connected to the extruder to achieve online precise proportioning of raw materials, ensuring stable SGP film quality and reducing manual labor. Using specially designed rollers to evenly cool the SGP film, reducing stress caused by uneven heating and cooling, thereby ensuring the correct shrinkage rate. Due to the high viscosity of SGP film, we have added an isolation film unwinding device to effectively prevent SGP film from sticking together during winding.

5. Comparison between SGP film and PVB encapsulation film:

tear resistance:At the same thickness, the tear strength of PVB laminated film is 5 times that of PVB, and it can still adhere to glass without causing the entire glass to fall off.
Strong stability and moisture resistance:SGP laminated film is colorless and transparent, resistant to ultraviolet rays, and is not easily yellowed after long-term exposure to sunlight and rain. The yellowing coefficient is less than 1.5, while the yellowing coefficient of PVB laminated film is 6-12. Although SGP's production process is similar to PVB.
