working principle:
SF-100AThe vibration screening instrument is equipped with dual electromagnetic coils and excitation components. utilize220VThe alternating current variation of single-phase current causes the size and direction of the dual electromagnetic coils to alternate, driving the three-dimensional vibration of the excitation components, thereby producing a three-dimensional throwing motion effect on the material under test.
The three-dimensional throwing is uniform, allowing the screened sample to be evenly distributed on the surface of the sieve. The screening instrument can hold up to at once10Layer sieve, with pore sizes arranged in descending order. Through three-dimensional vibration, the samples are classified from the top sieve downwards, with each sieve having a corresponding size of sample, and the lowest collection tray containing the smallest size sample.
