The SDG3000X series dual channel function/arbitrary waveform generator has a maximum bandwidth of 200MHz and excellent sampling system indicators of 1.2 GSa/s sampling rate and 16 bit vertical resolution. Based on traditional DDS technology, it adopts innovative TrueArb and EasyPulse technologies to overcome the inherent defects of DDS technology in outputting arbitrary waves and square waves/pulses, providing users with high fidelity and low jitter signals. In addition, SDG3000X also provides PRBS code generation, sequence wave output, dual pulse, and vector signal output functions to meet a wider range of application needs.

The SDG3000X series has a 16 bit vertical resolution, a maximum output frequency of 200MHz, a sampling rate of 1.2GSa/s, a maximum storage depth of 40Mpts per channel, and utilizes innovative EasyPulse and TrueArb technologies to significantly reduce waveform jitter. The SDG3000X is equipped with a 7-inch capacitive touch screen that supports intuitive operation settings. It also has the ability to generate sequence waves, noise, harmonics, IQ signals, PRBS codes, and various complex signals. It supports multi pulse output and assists in dual pulse testing of power devices.
