The SCS series digital electronic truck scale designed and manufactured by our company adopts a U-shaped cold-formed steel welded structure for the scale platform, which has excellent overall stiffness, torsional performance, and local stiffness. It is combined with high-precision bridge digital sensors, surge resistant stainless steel junction boxes, and high-performance, feature rich, and diverse interface digital weighing display instruments to form a weighing system. This system can be equipped with various peripheral devices such as printers and computers. The entire digital system can effectively avoid signal attenuation and interference during long-distance transmission, and also better prevent cheating.

Scale platform processing technology description:
1. Introduce specialized equipment such as large-scale "CNC bending machines", "CNC shearing machines", "CNC laser cutting machines", "fully automatic welding machines", "submerged arc welding", etc
2. The height of the main beam is 310mm, with thicknesses of 5mm, 6mm, and 8mm. The weighing platform panels are 10mm, 12mm, and 14mm, and the bending strength is 50% higher than that of the channel steel
3. The weighing platform adopts a U-shaped main beam and is fully welded in all directions with fully automatic carbon dioxide gas shielded welding, effectively solving the measurement error caused by the bending of the weighing platform
4. Secure the weighing platform with an accuracy of 1/6000
5. Adopting advanced CAD (computer-aided design) and CAT (computer-aided measurement) technologies, the designed force points of the scale body are more reasonable
