Fully digital control The 3A3 UPS module adopts TI's most advanced DSP as the central controller, which has powerful computing power and can replace most of the control functions completed by hardware in traditional UPS with software. This not only greatly improves reliability and accuracy, but also facilitates upgrading and maintenance. Intelligent charging method 3A3 UPS adopts an advanced two-stage three-stage charging method. The first stage is high current constant current charging, which quickly recharges about 90% of the battery; The second stage of pulsating charging can homogenize battery characteristics and fully charge the battery; The third stage maintains constant voltage to ensure that the power is not lost. This can effectively balance the goals of fast charging and extending battery life, saving users battery expenses. The highest power density in the industry A 3A3 UPS module has a volume of 440 × 700 × 131mm (3U), and a standard 2-meter-high UPS cabinet can accommodate up to 8 UPS modules with a total capacity of 120KVA. The distribution panel is also included, and a battery cabinet of the same size as the UPS cabinet can be used to form a complete UPS power supply system. Due to the use of standard cabinets for both UPS cabinets and battery cabinets, which are consistent with the load equipment cabinets in most computer rooms, they can be placed side by side with the load without the need for a dedicated UPS distribution room. The UPS module and communication module can be replaced online without affecting the normal operation of other parts. Newly added modules can be added to the system without any calibration action, making expansion and maintenance very convenient. Users can choose different module numbers according to their needs to construct a UPS system with a suitable capacity between 15KVA and 120KVA, and the configuration is very flexible. For future device expansion, simply inserting a few more UPS modules can easily complete it. If users leave a margin for switches and power lines when installing for the first time, they can expand the capacity of UPS by purchasing UPS modules when the load increases in the future, completely avoiding the disadvantage of excessive initial equipment investment in traditional UPS. Optimal power supply system topology 3A3 UPS integrates the advantages of centralized and decentralized power supply topologies and introduces the concept of regional power supply in its design. If several areas are separated in a large data center, each area is equipped with one or two (redundant backup) 3A3 UPS power supply systems, which are directly placed next to the load in that area and powered through the distribution panel on the cabinet. In this way, each region has centralized power supply and management, while the regions have independent decentralized power supply and independent wiring. The 3A3 UPS power supply method has the advantages of decentralized "flexible configuration, allowing gradual investment, and not easily causing large-scale paralysis", as well as centralized "easy management". Humanized operating interface and comprehensive power management software The parallel system adopts a large Chinese LCD screen as the operating interface, making operation and information reading clear at a glance. Extremely high system availability If the UPS has more than two redundant UPS modules, the availability of the UPS can reach over 99.999%, and the MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) can reach over 15 million hours. Minimum downtime for maintenance If the number of faulty UPS modules is less than or equal to the number of redundant UPS modules, the faulty UPS module can be replaced online without affecting the operation of other modules.
