sensor- Used for measuring the roughness of different workpiece surfaces
1.Standard Sensor (SFP-2001 or SFP-2002)
Most surface roughness measurements use SFP-2001, an international standard conical diamond contact pin with R=. 0004 "/10 μ m; SFP-2002, R=. 0002"/5 μ m. It is used to detect flat surfaces, outer circles, inner holes with a diameter of not less than 80, and crankshafts.
2.Internal hole (small hole) sensor-----Measure the roughness of the inner hole surface,
The minimum inner hole diameter is 6mm, the deepest length is 15.0mm, and when the hole diameter is greater than 10mm, the deepest length is 55mm
3.Groove sensor------Measure the roughness of the bottom of the groove or blind hole, with a maximum depth of 8mm.
Small column workbench
---The use of small columns in combination can make measurement more convenient and stable, especially suitable for detecting surfaces such as inner holes and grooves that are difficult to measure.

Large column workbench
