1. Main types: The main types of this valve include worm gear, electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic. Pneumatic and hydraulic valves are suitable for situations with pressure gas and pressure liquid sources.

2. Working principle: The main function of Mingke bidirectional flow valve is to seal well not only under forward pressure, but also under reverse pressure or when the reverse pressure is greater than the forward pressure. When positive pressure is applied, the medium pressure pushes the valve plate forward, causing the valve stem to deform. The sealing surface of the valve plate tightly adheres to the sealing surface of the valve seat, transmitting pressure and pushing the valve seat towards the valve body step, ensuring good sealing. When reverse pressure is applied, the medium pressure pushes the valve plate backwards, causing the valve stem to deform. At the same time, the medium pressure pushes the valve seat backwards, and the sealing surface of the valve seat tightly adheres to the sealing surface of the valve plate, transmitting pressure and ensuring good sealing.

1. Not only can it reliably shut off in forward pressure, but it can also reliably shut off in reverse pressure or when the reverse pressure is much greater than the forward pressure;

Gradient functional materials such as martensitic stainless steel, austenitic stainless steel, hard alloys, metal ceramics, and synthetic diamonds can be formed on the two sealing surfaces of the sealing pair using good processes such as space plasma spraying, ether laser sputtering, and vacuum protection infiltration and overlay welding according to different hardness requirements;

3. Can automatically align the center (adaptive) and automatically compensate for wear beyond the range;

4. Fully utilize the energy of the medium inside the valve when closing, automatically apply sealing pressure to achieve reliable zero leakage of the high hardness sealing pair;

5. Instantly close and instantly open, there is no friction between the sealing pairs. When opened, the projected cross-section of the valve core continuously shrinks inward and retracts, and when initially opened, the retraction is faster than the inward contraction. When closed, the projected cross-section of the valve core continuously expands and advances. At the beginning of closure, the expansion rate is greater than the forward rate, and at the end of closure, the forward rate is greater than the expansion rate. Characterized by eccentric hemispherical valve, globe valve, and wedge gate valve;

6. Its main structure is similar to a butterfly valve, with the characteristics of short structure and small volume of a butterfly valve, so it can manufacture large caliber, extra large caliber, and extra large caliber valves.
