This equipment adds an automatic film tearing mechanism, and when semi-finished or finished products are received, there is a layer of protective film that needs to be peeled off and applied to the customer's hands to create a more beautiful protective film. The rolling and pasting process ensures bubble free adhesion, and the rolling film wheel can be independently pressed down with adjustable pressing height. The pressing pressure is elastic contact, and the mechanical arm automatically loads and unloads materials, greatly improving production efficiency, reducing production costs for enterprises, and solving the problem of insufficient manpower as a good helper;

Institutional configuration: T0Y0 is selected for the robotic arm, NSK bearings are used, SMC and Yadeke are selected for the cylinder, Panasonic is selected for the electronic control system, high-performance subdivision stepper motor+fiber optic sensor is selected for the PLC, SMG is selected for the solenoid valve, and display control is selected for the human-machine interface.

The system has functions such as data acquisition, display, processing, alarm, etc. The human-machine interface can facilitate debugging of equipment, changing relevant parameters such as operating speed and position, and high-precision positioning through servo and module, fiber optic.

Operation steps:
