rotarus ® Volume is an intelligent high-end peristaltic pump separator. In addition to settings such as rotational speed, flow rate, separation interval, and total amount, rotarus ® Volume can also have multiple intelligent liquid separation functions: different pump discharge methods with variable cycle numbers and gradually changing speeds can also be accurately and stably controlled. The 0-watt motor model can achieve a speed range from 0.2 to 100 revolutions per minute. There are different shell designs for industrial and laboratory use, with a white powder coating design that meets IP54 laboratory level dust and water resistance standards, while the stainless steel design meets the strict requirements of IP65 industrial level for complete dust and water resistance, suitable for various fields. Using radio frequency identification (RFID) technology to intelligently monitor the pump head and pump tubing to avoid confusion. It also includes intelligent functions for automatic monitoring of pump tube rupture and blockage. The external TFT touch screen controller and the built-in host control panel can be programmed to set various parameters. In addition, there are calibration functions and method storage functions. Only simple actions are needed to quickly replace the pump head without the need for tools.
