The Roots liquid ring vacuum unit is a vacuum pumping unit composed of a Roots pump as the main pump and a two-stage liquid ring pump as the front stage pump in series. Automatic opening and closing of Roots pumps and liquid ring pumps, as well as automatic overload protection, can be achieved through vacuum relays or electric contact pressure gauges. In addition to some characteristics of Roots vacuum pump and liquid ring pump, this series of units has the following features:
>>As a front-end pump, the water ring pump can suck gases containing dust and water vapor, making it suitable for use in harsh environments.
>>After the multi-stage Roots pump is connected in series, the ultimate pressure can reach 1Pa.
>>A high pumping speed can be achieved within the range of 50-400Pa.
>>Less investment and lower energy consumption compared to multi-stage steam jet pumps.
