Principles for selecting vacuum packaging machines
There are many types of vacuum packaging machines, and the following factors should be considered when selecting.
a) Packaging speed. For the purpose of improving production efficiency, double or multi chamber vacuum packaging machines can be selected to enhance the overall quality
The progress of production.
b) Do the packaged items need to be filled with other protective gases. You can choose a multifunctional vacuum packaging machine with an inflation device.
c) Requirements for vacuum degree of packaged items. If the packaged items need to be stored intact under high vacuum conditions, a cavity vacuum packaging machine should be selected.
d) Requirements for vacuum packaging machines based on the composition status of packaged items.
When selecting, aluminum alloy material can be used for packaging solid, granular and other relatively dry and non corrosive materials, while stainless steel or aluminum magnesium alloy material can be used for packaging with soup and high salt and acid content. Sealing rings are generally made of silicone rubber, black rubber, and a few low-end products use foam rubber. Silicone rubber has high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, good sealing performance, and long service life, while foam rubber has poor sealing performance, easy detachment, and short service life.
How to maintain a vacuum packaging machine?
1. The vacuum packaging machine should be used in an environment with a temperature of -10 ℃ -50 ℃, a relative humidity of no more than 85%, no corrosive gases, no dust, and no explosive hazards in the surrounding air. Like packaging machines and shrinking machines, vacuum packaging machines use a three-phase 380V power supply.
2. To ensure the normal operation of the vacuum pump in the vacuum packaging machine, the vacuum pump motor is not allowed to reverse. The oil level should be checked regularly. The normal oil level is at 1/2-3/4 of the oil window (not exceeding). When there is moisture or the oil color turns black in the vacuum pump, new oil should be replaced (usually every one or two months of continuous operation, using 1 # vacuum gasoline or 30 # gasoline or engine oil can also be used).
3. The impurity filter should be disassembled and cleaned regularly (usually once every 1-2 months, and the cleaning time should be shortened for packaging debris).
4. After working continuously for 2-3 months, the back cover should be opened to add lubricating oil to the sliding parts and switch contact blocks, and lubricating oil should be added to the various connecting and moving parts on the heating rod according to the usage situation.
5. Regularly inspect the three components of pressure relief, filtration, and oil mist to ensure that there is oil (sewing machine oil) in the oil mist and oil cup, and no water in the filter cup.
6. The heating strip and silicone strip should be kept clean and free of foreign objects to avoid affecting the sealing quality.
7. Vacuum packaging machines are not allowed to be tilted or bumped during transportation, let alone placed upside down.
8. The vacuum packaging machine must have a reliable grounding device during installation.
9. It is strictly prohibited to put your hands under the heating rod to prevent injury. In case of emergency, immediately cut off the power supply.
