Method SummaryReferring to GB/T 29786-2013 Determination of Phthalates in Electronic and Electrical Products by Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry, a gas chromatography-mass spectrometer is used to detect mixed standards of phthalates. The phthalate standard is qualitatively determined based on retention time, mass spectrum, and characteristic ions, and the external standard is used to determine the amount.

Injection mode: pulse non split injection; Pulse pressure: 20psi; Pulse time: 0.75min; Blow flow rate of 60ml/min; Purging time: 1 minute;

Injection volume: 1 μ L;

Column: DB-5HT, 15m × 0.25mm × 0.1 μ m Column Flow Rate: 1ml/min

Column box heating program: 60 ℃ (1 minute) 10 ℃/min 180 ℃ 5 ℃/min 250 ℃

Injection port: 280 ℃; Ion source: 300 ℃; Transmission line: 280 ℃;

Method SummaryReferring to GB/T 26125-2011 Determination of six restricted substances (lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls, and polybrominated diphenyl ethers) in electronic and electrical products, 17 polybrominated biphenyls and polybrominated diphenyl ether mixed standards were detected using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The polybrominated biphenyl standards were qualitatively determined based on retention time, mass spectra, and characteristic ions, and quantified using external standard method.
