In recent years, the widespread adoption of valve regulated batteries has raised higher requirements for the performance of chargers. The former Ministry of Electric Power has formulated relevant control standards. Clear requirements are put forward for the voltage stabilization accuracy, current stabilization accuracy, and ripple coefficient of the charging machine. The damage to batteries is often caused by excessive ripple coefficient. The total ripple coefficient of the charger changes during long-term operation. In order to control the ripple coefficient and ripple content (AC ripple amount) of each group of chargers, we have specially developed this product. Can monitor the ripple content and ripple coefficient of DC power supply in real-time and accurately throughout the entire process.

FiveInstructions for Use
Power on operation: Use wires to lead out the two terminals of the ripple meter test DC power supply and connect them to the positive and negative ends of the tested power supply, with the red terminal connected to the positive terminal and the black terminal connected to the negative terminal. Turn on the power, the ripple meter starts working, and the first displayed value is the battery voltage (only displayed before startup and when the voltage is below 10.5V).
Then the cycle displays the DC voltage (v), DC ripple voltage (mv), and ripple factor (%) from top to bottom.
Software operation: There are two files in the CD that comes with our company:
USB recognition driver: Click on the EXE file in the driver folder to install it.
Upper computer software: Double click SETUP in the folder to install. When installing this system * * times, you need to wait patiently for a few minutes. If the system requires a restart, please do so. The software will automatically resume installation after restarting.
Communication: Install software from the CD. When communicating with the upper computer, connect the device to the PC through the communication port, run the device, open the upper computer software, and start communication (default baud rate 9600)
Save data: The system provides data saving function, which can save data as an Excel document for data analysis and saving.

7Usage
Turn on the power switch, supply power to the ripple meter, and then test the two heads of the ripple meter for the DC power supply. Contact the positive and negative ends of the power supply to be tested, with the positive connected to the positive and the negative connected to the negative. When the ripple meter is powered on, it starts working and displays DC voltage (V), DC ripple voltage (MV), and ripple factor (%) from top to bottom.
