Overview
The working principle of capillary rheometer is the plasticization process of materials from granular (or powdery) to molten state under the influence of temperature, pressure and other factors, testing the dynamic rheological phenomenon of materials transitioning from glassy state to viscous state. In the experimental process, the operating parameters of the capillary rheometer are first set, and an appropriate amount of material is weighed according to the testing conditions. After the temperature reaches the set conditions, suitable mouth molds and pressure sensors are installed. After the temperature stabilizes, the material is added to start testing. Through the experiment, the viscosity and apparent shear stress of the material at a certain temperature can be obtained as a function of shear rate. At the same time, the computer screen will dynamically display the temperature, apparent shear rate, apparent shear stress, and apparent viscosity dynamic rheological curves of the material
