■ Purpose
The FSMC fully enclosed resin cast bus duct system has a rated current of 100 A~8000 A and an enclosure protection level of IP68. FSMC bus ducts are not only fire-resistant, but also water-resistant and corrosion-resistant, ensuring uninterrupted power supply. Therefore, they can be widely used in important projects that cannot be powered off, public facility projects involving life safety, high-rise buildings with firefighting difficulties, and places with explosion hazards. FSMC fully enclosed resin cast bus duct system has high protection level, strong safety, easy design and installation, and basically maintenance free.
■ Structure
The FSMC fully enclosed resin cast bus duct system uses a special formula of composite resin mixed with a quantitatively selected mixed material to produce high-performance insulation material FSMC-M28, which directly pours and seals copper or aluminum busbars. The insulation material FSMC-M28 does not contain halogens, is flame retardant, and does not release toxic gases; Without a metal casing, it operates in an environment with stray currents and does not experience electrical corrosion of the casing; All weather products can work in an environment of minus 40 ℃ for a long time, and the insulation resin does not crack; Excellent water resistance, can work in water for a long time, and can also be buried underground; *Fire resistance, capable of working in flames at 950-1000 ℃ for more than 90 minutes without interruption of the circuit; Can work for a long time in environments with explosive hazards and corrosive liquids; The insulation material FSMC-M28 used can maintain good insulation performance even at high temperatures. ■ Conductor
The conductor has a rectangular cross-section with rounded corners and is made of high-quality electrolytic copper with an ETP of 99.9%, which complies with the GB5585.2-1985/GB/T467-1997 standard. FSMC fully enclosed resin cast bus duct offers two standard products: 3-phase 4-wire 3P/100% N or 3-phase 5-wire 3P/100% N/100% PE. According to customer requirements, we can provide 200% N-phase conductors. Other special forms of conductors and DC applications can also be provided, please consult our technical department for specific details.
■ Connection
The mechanical and electrical connections between the two busbars are completed through special connectors with double-sided contact. Use high-strength torque bolts to connect the two busbars, ensuring sufficient contact area and reliable electrical connection. Then pour high-performance insulation material FSMC-M28 into the connected joint unit to achieve the dual purpose of anti loosening and insulation of the busbar.
The FSMC fully enclosed resin cast bus duct system (including joints) can achieve an IP68 protection level. When the tightening force of the high-strength torque bolt does not reach the predetermined torque, the system automatically refuses installation.
■ Tap changer unit
We can provide tap output units at any position on the busbar, and the rated current of the tap box ranges from 125A to 1250A. We can also install fuses, switches, and circuit breakers as required. The protection level reaches IP67/68.

■ Supporting components

Scope of application

Environmental conditions for product use

1. The ambient air temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃, and the temperature evaluation value measured within 24 hours shall not exceed 35 ℃. The lower limit of ambient air temperature is -25 ℃.

2. Altitude: The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000 meters.

3. Pollution level: not exceeding level 2 specified in GB/T1408.1.

4. Atmospheric conditions: The air is clean, with a relative humidity not exceeding 50% at high temperatures up to 40 ℃, and allowing for higher relative humidity at lower temperatures. For example, if the temperature changes from 20 ℃ to 90 ℃, attention should be paid to the occasional occurrence of condensation due to temperature fluctuations.

▲ Attention: YZM series lighting busbar trunking cannot be installed and used outdoors, and cannot be exposed to sunlight and rain; It cannot be used in places with severe corrosive gases such as acid.

Structural Introduction

Straight component (main body of lighting bus duct)

There are three specifications for straight components: 16A, 25A, and 40A. The main body of the lighting busbar is composed of YZM-16EA403, YZM-25EA403, and YZM-40EA403. Used for supplying, supporting, and powering lighting fixtures and socket boxes. Built in 4-core insulated wire busbar. Standard lengths of 1M, 2M, 3M, and non-standard lengths can also be made according to user requirements.

Main body of lighting bus duct:

1. The straight component shell is formed by one-time drawing of hot-dip galvanized steel plate, which becomes the skeleton carrier of the lighting bus duct. The shell also has the function of grounding protection conductor PE line.

2. A flat cable strip with four copper conductors.

3. The branch connection socket with a pitch of one meter (standard type) is non-standard according to user requirements.

4. Connect the socket to ensure automatic connection of the conductors inside the bus duct. The contact is a clip on type, which avoids stress on the plastic parts.

5. The left end of the straight component is equipped with mechanical locking and clamping devices to ensure the rigidity of the assembly of the two components. Two straight components can be quickly assembled. The electrical continuity of the protective conductor (casing) is automatically guaranteed. Tighten one locking screw to complete the assembly process. All insulation materials and plastic accessories have good flame retardancy and insulation properties.

Power box and end cover

The left power box is used to supply power to the lighting bus duct through cables; The right power box is used to transmit power from the lighting bus duct to other lines, and can also supply power to the lighting bus duct from the right cable. Both types of power boxes are installed at the end of the straight component, locked and assembled with spring bolts, and both come with wiring terminals and sealing covers for 10mm2 wires.

Product features

1. Convenient tapping of busbar trunking: The so-called plug-in busbar trunking refers to its use of plugging to tap the power supply of the main line to the branch line, making tapping very convenient. The disadvantage of prefabricated branch cables is that they need to be customized from the factory; The branch connection method adopts an open "C" - shaped clamp. After a long time, can the clamping force be guaranteed? Due to the high cost of each branch head, prefabricated branch cables are still not widely used today. Any floor needs to cut off the power supply, and the bus duct does not need to be powered off. As long as it is unloaded, the plug-in box of the bus duct can be removed. But it is very dangerous to cut off the branch power supply of the prefabricated branch cable while it is live.

2. Strong overload capacity of busbar trunking: The strong overload capacity of busbar trunking depends on the high working temperature of the insulation material used. The insulation material used for busbar trunking is made of materials with a working temperature of 105 ℃. Radiation cross-linked flame-retardant winding tape (PER) and radiation cross-linked hydrocarbon heat shrink tubing with a working temperature of over 140 ℃ have been developed. The insulation material used in cables generally operates at temperatures of 95 ℃ and 105 ℃, so the overload capacity of bus ducts is much greater than that of cables.

3. Bus ducts can prevent overload and fire: On August 27, 2000, the Ostankino TV Tower in Moscow, Russia, was hit by numerous disasters2、 High rise buildings in Europe are engulfed in raging fires. The reason is caused by cable overload; The shutdown of three converters at Baosteel was also caused by a cable fire. The insulation layer and outer skin of ordinary cables will burn, and flame-retardant cables will also burn under flames. They only do not burn after the flame has left, while fire-resistant cables will not burn, but they are expensive. Only fire-resistant cables are used for power supplies that are not allowed to be cut off, such as firefighting. The outer shell of the bus duct is made of steel and will not burn. Even if the insulation material of the copper bar burns, the flames will not spread outside the bus duct.

4. Good heat dissipation performance of bus duct: The insulation material of the cable (core wire insulation and outer insulation) is both insulation material and thermal insulation material. Therefore, when laying power cables in the bridge, it is allowed to lay 2 layers more, and the reason for this is to consider heat dissipation. The busbar duct utilizes air conduction for heat dissipation and dissipates heat through a tightly contacting steel casing, thus its heat dissipation performance is comparable to that of cables, and the cable heat dissipation performance is evident.

5. Convenient maintenance of bus ducts: Bus ducts require almost no maintenance. Daily maintenance usually involves measuring the temperature rise of the casing and core bolts, as well as the temperature rise of the joints in the incoming box. If the core bolts are of grade 4.8, they need to be tightened regularly. If high-strength bolts of grade 8.8 are used, they do not need to be reinforced regularly.
