The repetitive cutting machine is suitable for cutting and processing all roots, skins, stems, vines, grasses, flowers, as well as most fruits, seeds, medicinal materials, agricultural and sideline products, and aquatic products. It can be cut into general decoction pieces such as slices, segments, and strips within the range of 0.7-60mm. If equipped with a combination knife, it can cut polygonal and square particles within the range of 7-20mm.

The WQ300 repetitive cutting machine is suitable for cutting and processing all roots, skins, stems, vines, grasses, flowers, as well as most fruits, seeds, medicinal materials, agricultural and sideline products, and aquatic products. It can be cut into general decoction pieces such as slices, segments, and strips within the range of 0.7-60mm. If equipped with a combination knife, it can cut polygonal and square particles within the range of 7-20mm. This machine uses a specially designed conveyor belt and material pressing mechanism to move materials in steps according to a set distance, and a linearly moving cutter cuts the materials on the conveyor belt. It can operate continuously and automatically adapt to the feeding amount, with a fine powder rate of about 5% for cutting granular decoction pieces. The whole machine can be rinsed with water and meets GMP standards.
