Power off operation: First, ensure that the device is powered off and use a multimeter to confirm that there is no residual voltage at the input terminal. 2. Appearance inspection: After opening the chassis, focus on observing:
-Is the power module connector oxidized (such as common poor contact at the CN3 terminal)
-Do power devices (IGBT/MOSFET) have bulges or cracks

1. Input side detection:
-Measure the insulation resistance of L/N-PE using a megohmmeter (should be>100M Ω)
-Check if the common mode inductance of the EMI filter (usually located behind the input port) is open circuited

-Test the forward and reverse resistance values of the rectifier bridge stack (labeled BR1), which should comply with the diode characteristics under normal conditionsPower conversion process:

-Switching transistor gate drive waveform (requires oscilloscope detection, frequency should be consistent with nominal value)
-High frequency transformer secondary winding on/off test (resistance generally<1 Ω)
