Remote VFF-200 VCSEL far-field distribution fast direct measurement instrument

The VFF-200 VCSEL far-field distribution rapid direct measurement instrument is designed specifically for fast and direct measurement of VCSEL far-field distribution, and can achieve far-field characteristic analysis of VCSEL. The instrument has undergone precise optical design from a distance, enabling rapid measurement of far-field FOV with a measurement range of H: 130 °/V: 80 °. Equipped with specialized analysis software, it can obtain parameters such as radiance angle distribution, peak radiance, and angle interval, and supports custom analysis. The measurement results can be traced back to the National Institute of Metrology (NIM) of China and the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) of the United States, meeting the requirements of measurement speed and accuracy on the production line.
