Test method:

Turn on the power switch, the display screen shows "Welcome to use...", "Self checking in progress...", the microcomputer self checks, and after the self check is normal, it displays "Self check completed.

When measuring, the type of test power supply should be selected using the "flip up" and "flip down" keys according to the type of relay being tested, so that the status display corresponds to the type of relay being tested. And connect the relay coil to the corresponding power output terminal, and connect the relay contact to the input terminal.

1. Measurement: Press the "Measurement" button to measure the suction and disconnection voltage (current) values three times, and then press the "Print" button to print the data.

2. Time measurement: First find the rated value of the tested relay, then press the "Time Measurement" button. The machine will automatically open and close three times to measure the suction and disconnection time. After completion, press the "Print" button to print the data.

3. The use of the "Convert" button: First adjust the DC current value, then press the "Convert" button, and the DC current will output normally, and the displayed value will be shown on the second line of the screen. At this time, it can output simultaneously with other power sources, providing relay verification for multiple power sources, such as reclosing relays.

4. Time setting: Users can adjust the internal clock of the instrument.

5. Instrument calibration: After using the instrument for a period of time, if there is a deviation in the test, the user can calibrate it with a high-level meter and adjust the internal coefficient with the "up" and "down" keys without opening the chassis or adjusting any knobs.
