Reed pipe float level gauge

It is a pointer type instrument used to directly indicate the liquid level height in various or pressure vessels. Compared with the glass tube level gauge commonly used in industrial equipment, this gauge is not afraid of breakage and has clearer readings. It is particularly suitable for direct indication of oily liquid media or toxic and harmful media that have a viscous effect on the glass wall. The instrument belongs to a pure mechanical structure, so it has inherent safety when working in flammable and explosive places.

As a top mounted type, it can be used for liquid level indication of underground water tanks or oil depots and other containers. Has strong anti vibration ability and can be used for mobile devices, such as installation and use in vehicles.

Installation

1 should be installed in a position where the floating ball moves up and down without obstruction.

The tested medium should not contain ferromagnetic impurities.

In order to prevent the floating ball of the instrument from slipping or colliding at high speed on the sealed tube during transportation, causing the measuring strip to come out, the instrument is fixed with clamps at the bottom of the sealed tube and magnetic steel at the top of the sealed tube before leaving the factory. Before installation and use, users should first remove the clamp, raise the float to the top of the sealing tube, and then gently move the float down, and the needle should rotate accordingly.

The dial indicator of the instrument panel is pointer type. When measuring full degree, the indicator numbers are arranged in the direction of the needle, and when measuring empty degree, the indicator numbers are arranged counterclockwise.

The 5 instruments are equipped with installation flanges when they leave the factory, and users should have accompanying pipeline flanges.

The installation position of the instrument is generally selected at half of the range.
