After the materials are mixed and reacted in the water and oil pots through heating and stirring, they are sucked into the emulsification pot by a vacuum pump. The center stirring and polytetrafluoroethylene scraper in the upper part of the emulsification pot always conform to the shape of the mixing pot, sweeping away the wall sticking materials, so that the collected materials continuously produce a new surface. Then, through the cutting, compression, and folding of the blades and rotating blades, they are stirred and mixed and flow downwards to the homogenizer below the pot. The materials are then cut in the shear joint by the strong cutting, impact, turbulence and other processes generated between the high-speed rotating cutting wheel and the fixed cutting sleeve. The materials are quickly crushed into particles of 200nm-2um. Due to the vacuum state inside the emulsification pot, the materials are stirred and mixed downwards during the mixing process. The generated bubbles are promptly removed.
In the manufacturing process of high viscosity emulsions, especially cream, ointment, and emulsion products, the most problematic issues are usually the large particle size of the dispersed phase and the mixing of air into the product during stirring. The large particle size leads to instability and lack of luster in the emulsion; Mixing air into the product can cause bubbling, bacterial contamination, easy oxidation, and an uneven appearance. In response to the two major issues, the vacuum homogenization emulsifying unit is composed of a homogenization stirrer, a central blade stirrer, and a scraping wall stirrer, each with their own characteristics complementing each other, combined into the optimal stirring method to achieve the desired mixing product. By using vacuum pumping, the produced products are no longer mixed with bubbles during the mixing process, ensuring the production of high-quality products that are glossy, delicate, and have good ductility.
The pot body is composed of high-quality stainless steel plates stamped and welded. The emulsification process of the emulsifying pot is carried out under fully sealed conditions, effectively preventing dust and microbial contamination. The lid of the material pot is automatically raised and lowered, and the materials in the water pot and oil pot can be directly sucked into the emulsifying pot under vacuum through the conveying pipeline. The discharge method is the flipping and tilting of the emulsifying pot body. The thermal conductive medium in the interlayer of the pot is heated by an electric heating tube to achieve heating of the materials. The heating temperature can be set arbitrarily and automatically controlled. Connecting cooling water inside the interlayer can cool the material, which is simple and convenient to operate. There is an insulation layer outside the interlayer. Homogeneous stirring and blade stirring can be used separately or simultaneously. Material granulation, emulsification, mixing, blending, and dispersion can be completed in a short period of time. The materials inside the pot are sheared, mixed, and emulsified through high-speed internal circulation of the homogenizer. They are stirred in opposite directions, with clockwise frame scraping and counterclockwise slurry stirring. The scraper stirrer generates centrifugal force during operation, making the PTFE scraper tightly adhere to the pot wall, effectively solving the problem of material sticking to the pot wall without leaving any dead corners. The ideal variable frequency speed control device can make its speed infinitely adjustable.
The device is equipped with a special integrated mirror device on the pot lid, with a closed lighting for operators to observe the emulsification of materials at any time. The entire structure consists of three jackets, and the heating and cooling of the equipment are completed in the same jacket. The outer layer of the jacket is insulated with aluminum silicate, which can prevent operators from getting burned and ensure production safety. Secondly, the pot is equipped with cooling water inlet and outlet ports. The pot lid is equipped with various quick installation interfaces, which users can choose according to their needs (sterile air respirator, material suction port, vacuum pump interface, cleaning ball, CPI interface, trace element addition port, integrated mirror window, vacuum gauge).
