The capsule filling machine integrates machine, electricity, and gas, adopts a microcomputer programmable controller, touch panel operation, variable frequency speed regulation, and is equipped with an electronic automatic counting device. It can automatically complete the actions of capsule placement, separation, filling, locking, etc., reducing labor intensity, improving production efficiency, and meeting pharmaceutical hygiene requirements. This machine is sensitive in action, accurate in filling dosage, easy to operate, and suitable for filling various domestic or imported capsules. It is an economical and practical equipment for filling capsule drugs in the pharmaceutical industry.
Generally, automatic intermittent rotary motion is adopted, and the rotary table installed in the center of the workbench has 8 brief dwell times per rotation. The rotary table transports the capsules to various workstations around the rotary table. During the brief dwell time at each station, various operations such as bag sowing, bag sorting, filling, waste bag removal, bag locking, bag removal, and mold cleaning are automatically carried out simultaneously.
1. Press the green button in the 'power switch' to turn on the power.
2. Slowly adjust the "Vibration Intensity Adjustment Knob" and rotate it clockwise. At this point, the sorting plate integrated with the "Vibration Bracket" begins to vibrate. Touch the sorting plate with your hand and adjust it to a certain oscillation intensity based on your feeling.
3. Put the powdered capsule shells into the "powdered capsule shell sorting tray", and put about 300 capsules each time. Put the capsule cap into the "Capsule Cap Sorting Plate", about 300 capsules each time. The sorting tray is made of organic glass plate, with many funnel-shaped circular holes drilled on top, with a diameter corresponding to the capsule size. At this time, the capsule shell of the vibrating worktable moves steadily and slowly forward and backward, gradually entering the worktable hole one by one.
4. After about 30 seconds, the powder capsule shell and capsule cap will fall into the circular hole with the opening facing upwards. In case of individual openings facing downwards, the capsule cap can be gently pressed downwards to remove it.

Gently push the lower part of the tray inward, and the powder capsule shells in the tray will fall down into the circular hole of the connecting plate, and then remove the connecting plate. Using the same method, use the capsule cap to connect the plate and remove the capsule cap.
6. You can prepare a medication powder tray with a bottom area of 500 × 500mm and a height of about 10mm on all four sides in advance, filled with medication powder, and place the capsule shell connecting plate flat in the medication powder tray. Then cover the randomly matched organic glass frame on the powder capsule receiving plate, use a small scoop to scoop the powder into the frame, scrape the edge of the frame to fill it with powder, and scrape off any excess powder.
7. Use a randomly matched capsule cap cover set plate (not shown in the picture, with circular holes on the set plate) and place it on the capsule cap cover adapter plate, which has alignment holes and is easy to place. Flip the capsule cap and cover plate so that the capsule opening faces downwards, and place it on the powder filled capsule shell plate that has already been filled with medicine powder. There are also alignment holes, making it easy to fit.
8. Place the fitted capsule board into the cavity under the "capsule cap forming plate", and manually pull the "pressure rod" down and into place. There is no need to be careful with excessive force, as there is a positioning mechanism to control the downward pressure height. Remove the capsule plate, pour out the capsules, and complete the filling process. You can cycle to the next board.
1. This equipment is a vibrating machine, and the fastening of screws in various parts should be checked regularly. If there is any looseness, it should be tightened in a timely manner to prevent malfunction and damage.
2. Organic glass components (workbench, medicine board) should avoid direct sunlight and high temperatures, and heavy objects should not be placed. The medicine board must be placed vertically or horizontally to avoid deformation and damage.
3. The electrical casing and body must be grounded to ensure safety, and the power should be cut off after work is completed..
4. After finishing work every day, residual drugs on the machine and in the mold holes should be cleaned to keep the whole machine clean and hygienic, and to avoid rinsing the main machine with water. If the mold on the machine needs to be cleaned, the fixing screws can be loosened and removed for easy installation.
1. The vibration is not ideal, adjust the voltage.
2. Loosen the spring bolt and tighten the screw.
3. The capsule shells are arranged in the workbench, with the mouth raised or lowered, and the height of the misalignment plate and guide rail are adjusted.
4. Too many inverted capsule shells (more than 3%), improper adjustment of the vibrator, due to adjusting the appropriate voltage or capsule shell size not meeting specifications, qualified capsule shells should be selected.
5. The capsule shell is stuck on the table and cannot fall. Replace the capsule shell or adjust the position of the misalignment plate and the table hole.
6. The mold cannot be reset in the track, and the pressure spring at the back of the guide rail is stuck or the capsule is deformed and stuck. Reinstall the spring or top rod, and push the push rod down to clamp the capsule.
7. The guide plate in the mold is worn, which affects the low fitting rate of the capsule. Replace the mold with a new one or loosen the positioning on both sides. Tighten the positioning nails. If the capsule is deformed or damp, replace the capsule shell.
