The circulating cooling water of the evaporator contains a large amount of salt substances, corrosion products, and various microorganisms. Due to the lack of water treatment, a large amount of calcium and magnesium carbonate scale, algae, microbial sludge, and sticky mud will accumulate on the water side of the evaporator after running for a period of time. These dirt will firmly adhere to the inner surface of the copper tube, leading to deterioration of heat transfer, increase in circulating pressure, and decrease in vacuum degree of the unit, affecting the operating efficiency of the unit and causing significant economic losses.
The traditional cleaning method usually uses chemical cleaning acid washing, which is effective for various deposits and saves time compared to mechanical methods. But chemical cleaning is corrosive to systems and other metal components, which can easily corrode equipment pipelines and pollute the environment during discharge.
Fushitek is a high-tech liquid descaling agent specially designed to remove all scale, lime, mud, rust stains, and other deposits formed in water treatment equipment systems. The original solution and diluent can be directly used on all conventional materials of equipment, including aluminum and partially coated equipment. Due to the use of advanced biological agents as the main components, it is biodegradable, non-toxic, non corrosive, and non flammable, and can be directly discharged.
Characteristics of forced circulation evaporation system:
1) The circulation of the solution inside the equipment mainly relies on the forced flow generated by external power, and the circulation speed can generally reach 1.0-3.5 meters per second, with high heat transfer efficiency and production capacity.
2) The raw material liquid is pumped from bottom to top by a circulation pump and flows upward along the inner tube of the heating chamber.
3) The material does not evaporate in the heat exchanger, but flashes in the separator. The vapor is discharged from the upper part of the separator, and the fluid is blocked and falls down. The conical bottom is sucked in by the circulation pump and then enters the heating tube for further circulation.

The lubricating oil for the gearbox is 40 # engine oil, and the amount of oil added should be within the indicated height. Excessive oil volume can cause stirring and heat generation, while insufficient oil volume can lead to oil film damage and heat generation in eccentric shaft pumps, resulting in temperature rise.
1) Replace the lubricating oil within 1 month of use, and replace the lubricating oil every 3-4 months thereafter.
2) After opening the low head, unscrew the bolt at the bottom of the rotor U-shaped groove and replace the scraper every four months.
3) Open the bottom bearing every two months, check the wear of the bottom bearing, and replace it if necessary.
4) According to the properties of the material, the inner cylinder should be regularly soaked and cleaned with warm water or solvent.
5) Add sealing fluid to the mechanical seal chamber once a month, using 20 # mechanical oil as the sealing fluid
The characteristics are:

② During normal operation, the system only uses electricity, and the energy consumption for evaporating one ton of water ranges from 15KW. h to 100KW. h. Its operating cost is 1/8 to 1/2 of that of multi effect evaporation.
③ It is currently the most energy-efficient evaporator, mostly single effect evaporation, with small heating temperature difference and short residence time, suitable for heat sensitive materials.

⑤ The equipment is controlled by PLC to achieve automatic operation and can operate continuously and stably for a long time.
The conical thin film evaporator relies on a centrifugal force applied to the material by the rotor, which has two effective forces, one perpendicular to the heating surface and the other towards the large diameter end body (note: the same result also occurs in the vertical conical thin film evaporator). The acceleration of the material is generated by these forces, and the incoming material ensures that the heating surface is sufficiently moist, regardless of the evaporation ratio or feed speed. Therefore, local material overheating and thermal degradation are reduced or completely eliminated.
