Filter type intermittent operation centrifuge is a type of centrifuge in which the drum liquid blocking plate is fixed to the filter bag. The liquid blocking plate is fixed to the drum through a pin, and after feeding, it is separated by filtration. The solid phase forms a filter cake inside the filter bag. When the machine is stopped, the pin is released and the filter bag is lifted out and discharged with an electric hoist, forming a working cycle that can complete 3-8 cycles per hour.
The drum is driven at high speed by a transmission component equipped with a clutch to generate a centrifugal force field. The filtered liquid injected into the drum is separated by a filter bag lined in the drum, and the filter residue is trapped in the drum. The filtered liquid is introduced into a collection container through an outlet pipe. When the loading limit is reached, the feeding is stopped, the power is cut off, and the drum is stopped by a braking device (which can be achieved by a braking unit when equipped with a frequency converter). The machine cover is opened, and the filter bag is lifted out of the body by a lifting tool for unloading, completing one working cycle.
