Usage

1. Remove this product and let it equilibrate at room temperature.

2. Cultivation: Cultivate and expand umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells until fusion degree is reached80%-90%Perform cell passaging or harvesting.

4. Digestion: Add a certain volume of this product to allow the digestive fluid to infiltrate the entire cell growth surface,37℃ (or room temperature) digestion3min~5minUnder microscopic observation, the cells retract, become round, and detach. Add twice the volume of culture medium to terminate digestion, blow to disperse the cells into single cells, and perform cell counting. [Note]: If most of the cells shrink and become round but do not fall off, gently tap the bottle wall to make them fall off. If cells do not shed, digestion time can be prolonged.

5. Collect:300g，5minCollect cells by centrifugation and discard the supernatant. Follow up operations as needed.
