1. Transmission end: This series of pump sets adopts narrow V-belt (or reducer) transmission, with reasonable layout, simple and convenient maintenance, and low maintenance cost. 2. The transmission box is made of high-grade cast iron, which has good shock absorption and deformation resistance. 3. The crankshaft is made of high-strength alloy forgings and multi-point supports, which have good bending and fatigue resistance and strong load-bearing capacity. 4. The large end bearing shell of the rod adopts a high specific pressure alloy composite coating, and the small end liner adopts high-strength and durable copper based alloy; It has the characteristics of maintenance free and long operating life. 5. The connecting rod friction pair and crosshead adopt hydraulic forced lubrication.

Hydraulic end: The cylinder body and cylinder head of the hydraulic end are made of forgings to avoid leakage inside the high-pressure body. 1. Adopting a new combination valve structure: adopting a multi-channel integrated valve group design, it has the characteristics of low flow rate, low water hammer, timely opening and closing, and wide valve clearance, thereby improving the volumetric efficiency of the pump, reducing pump group vibration and noise. 2. Safety protection of plunger sealing group: Real time constant pressure compensation and protection of the sealing group packing, achieving digital maintenance. 3. Piston sealing: The plunger sealing chamber is equipped with a constant pressure lubrication chamber to ensure that the plunger operates under low friction conditions and improve the service life of the plunger sealing group. The plunger and high-pressure chamber adopt a low clearance design, effectively improving the volumetric efficiency of the suction and discharge alternating chambers and reducing the temperature rise at the hydraulic end. 4. The plunger (or piston) is connected to the crosshead and an intermediate connecting rod is added to achieve easy disassembly and assembly of the packing seal group without removing the cylinder liner. The connecting rod adopts a card plate connection. 5. The pump head and valve components are made of different materials to meet the special requirements of strong corrosion and high abrasion.

Lubrication system: 1. The transmission box is equipped with a splash+independent lubrication system, which is provided with sufficient lubricating oil by a gear pump to ensure sufficient lubrication of moving parts; 2. The oil pipeline is equipped with pressure gauges, safety valves, and coarse and fine filters to ensure that the lubricating oil is clean and efficient.
