1.1 Accuracy issues with clocks
Whether it can always maintain accuracy will have a decisive impact on whether the multi rate multifunctional energy meter can accurately measure. Therefore, in intelligent time-sharing energy meters, it is necessary to have a real-time clock, which mainly includes hard clock and soft clock.
In the time control part of the multi rate multifunctional energy meter, it is required that its power supply should work independently. When the external measurement circuit loses power, the clock part cannot be powered off, otherwise, the continuity of timing cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, there is a backup power supply in the power supply and voltage regulation circuit of the electric energy meter. Under normal circumstances, the backup power supply is in a charging state; When the external measurement circuit fails, the backup power supply is put into operation to ensure the reliable operation of the energy meter clock.
However, due to various reasons, there may be errors or deviations in the clock of the multi rate multifunctional energy meter. For example, for those long-term energy meters, if the independent power supply fails and runs out of power, and if there is a power outage during off peak hours, the date and time after power restoration will not be accurate, which will result in incorrect time-sharing measurement for users.
Error issue with the 1.2-day time slot table
The effectiveness of implementing peak and valley time of use electricity pricing depends entirely on the method of dividing time periods and whether the time of use electricity pricing is reasonable. The peak valley time of use electricity price itself is a demand side management tool that can ensure peak shaving and valley filling, improve load efficiency, while not suppressing overall electricity demand. For the specific division of peak and valley periods, multiple factors need to be considered, and the premise is to ensure the interests of the power generation, power supply, and users. The ultimate goal of implementing this measure is to minimize the peak valley load difference as much as possible. That is, 'peak shaving and valley filling'. And this day's time slot table is the actual time slot table formed by the supply-demand balance of different power generators, power suppliers, and users in different regions. For example, in the "Notice on Adjusting Peak and Valley Electricity Prices" (Yue Jia [2005] No. 41) issued by the Guangdong Provincial Price Bureau and the Economic and Trade Commission, the peak and valley electricity price periods for Huizhou City in Guangdong Province are divided into: 0:00-8:00 as the valley period; 8: 00-14:00 is the normal period; 14: The peak period is from 00:00 to 17:00; 17: 00-19:00 is the normal period; 19: The peak period is from 00:00 to 22:00; 22:00-24:00 is the normal period.
However, due to various reasons, it may lead to errors or deviations in the daily time period of the multi rate multifunctional energy meter, resulting in inaccurate recording of customers' electricity consumption at every moment, which affects the billing of time-sharing users.
