A rapid liquid separation system that dilutes and rapidly packages test samples in batches according to a predetermined ratio.
Reagent pipette reagent separation characteristics:
1. Desktop operation, occupying a small space area;
2. Adopting XY axis motor control, machine replaces manual labor, one click operation, high degree of automation;
3. High separation accuracy and fast speed, superior to the JJG646-2006 pipette calibration standard;
4. Liquid separation channels: 1-4 channels (channels can be customized upon request)；
5. The separation volume can be set, and the liquid addition volume can be independently set, ranging from 0.1 to 250mL;
6. Separation accuracy: ± 1% (separation volume ≥ 200uL)；
7. Each channel is independent and can be calibrated separately, with the ability to save 10 sets of calibration data；
8. The software can independently and automatically count the number of liquid separation times and canned volume, and can save 100 liquid separation programs;
9. Devices can be remotely controlled through the network;
10. The separation mode can be stored, the separation speed is flexible and adjustable, and three speeds of high, medium, and low can be set;
11. Diverse container adaptability: The bottom plate design can be customized to accommodate various types of 96 well and 384 well PCR plates, ELASA plates, cryovials, sampling tubes, centrifuge tubes (ranging from 0.2mL to 50mL), 8-tube tubes, ampoules, etc. Different types of adapter brackets can also be customized;
