3、 Structural description
1Main performance
1）Pneumatic vertical lifting design, using precision guide column guidance for fast and stable lifting, easy maintenance, long-term high-speed operation resistance, and high stability accuracy.
2）The left and right printing adopts a transmission design of stepper motor and precision guide rail guidance device, with precision guide rail guidance, fast operation, stable and smooth, and precise positioning.
3）The turntable worktable is driven by a precision cam splitter from Taiwan, with precise and fast repeat positioning. The worktable micrometer is fine tuned (with a stroke of ± 6mm), and the vacuum suction table ensures accurate product positioning and prevents product loosening during rotation. The turntable is integrally formed and processed with cast aluminum, with stable structure, superior rigidity, and a tabletop flatness accuracy of 0.1mm.
4）Mechanical hand material: Mechanical hand material can be configured to reduce productivity and improve production efficiency. The machine is connected to the production line and can be directly fed to the production line. Non standard customization can be made according to customer requirements.
