Reactor series

Purpose:
This equipment is suitable for reaction concentration of liquid materials in pharmaceuticals, food, light industry, chemical industry, etc.

Structure and characteristics:
The inner pot of the reaction vessel can be made of carbon steel or stainless steel according to the properties of the material. Two types of heating materials can be used: thermal oil and steam.
The reaction kettle is composed of auxiliary components such as the pot body, pot cover, stirrer, transmission shaft, shaft seal device, and transmission device.

Operation requirements:
Heating should be done slowly, especially during the first heating, to prevent the boiling of oil and water vapor.
When there is no material in the pot and the pot is empty, the heating power supply should not be turned on to test the heating oil jacket.
Circulating heat transfer oil heating cannot be replaced by steam heating.
