Reactor laser oxygen analyzerIt is a gas analysis instrument based on TDLAS technology, designed specifically for closed process equipment such as reaction vessels, centrifuges, and storage tanks in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and agrochemical industries. This device emits laser beams of specific wavelengths and utilizes the selective absorption characteristics of oxygen molecules to achieve real-time online, high-precision, non-contact monitoring of oxygen concentration in the reaction vessel. It is a key equipment for ensuring production safety and optimizing process control.
The analyzer adopts the principle of laser absorption spectroscopy. The laser emits narrow linewidth laser, and when it penetrates the measured gas, oxygen molecules absorb photon energy of specific wavelengths. According to Lambert Beer's law, the degree of attenuation of laser intensity is directly proportional to oxygen concentration, and the oxygen content can be accurately calculated by detecting the absorption signal.
Technical features:
Narrow linewidth laser: only targeting oxygen characteristic absorption peaks, avoiding background gas cross interference
In situ measurement: can be directly inserted into the reaction vessel or installed in the pipeline, without the need for sampling pretreatment, to eliminate transmission delay and component distortion
Quick response: detection limit as low as 0.1% VOL, response time<1 second, real-time capture of dynamic fluctuations in oxygen concentration
Long service life: Optical components have no loss and a long service life
Calibration free design: Long calibration cycle, only need to clean the optical window, built-in self diagnostic function, low failure rate
Strong anti-interference ability: not affected by H ₂ CO、 Interference from background gases such as organic solvent vapor, measurement error ≤ ± 1%
Application Scenario:
The pharmaceutical industry includes hydrogenation reactors, centrifuges, and raw material drug synthesis
Chemical production processes such as nitration, sulfonation, and epoxidation reactions
Agrochemical manufacturing, such as pesticide intermediate production and exhaust gas control
Water treatment agents such as epoxyethane/epoxypropane reaction
Installation instructions:
If two instruments are not installed, the glove box system cannot detect and display the water and oxygen content in the working atmosphere during operation; But not installing it will not affect the glove box system's ability to remove water and oxygen.
2. The analyzer and laser oxygen analyzer have a high-precision measurement range of 0-500ppm (0-1000ppm) through PLC or independent display.
3. If the analyzer or laser oxygen analyzer is not used for a long time, please remove it from the glove box, package and store it properly.
If the chemical agents inside the box have strong volatility and corrosiveness, please install a separate adsorber in the glove box system to ensure that the equipment is not corroded.
