Overview

The traditional identification of water source types for coal mine water inrush is based on hydrochemistry, which obtains parameters such as ion concentration, pH value, and conductivity. Based on these parameters, a water source type identification model is established. Generally, laboratory measurements of these parameters take 2 hours to complete, which is too time-consuming for coal mine water hazard warning and prevention. System Characteristics

The traditional identification of water source types for coal mine water inrush is based on hydrochemistry, which obtains parameters such as ion concentration, pH value, and conductivity, and establishes a water source type identification model based on these parameters. Generally, laboratory measurements of these parameters take 2 hours to complete, which is too time-consuming for coal mine water hazard warning and prevention.

Use LIF technology to identify the type of water source for coal mine water inrush. Laser induced fluorescence spectroscopy analysis has the characteristics of fast analysis speed and high sensitivity. With the assistance of lasers, fluorescence spectrometers collect fluorescence spectra in real time. Based on the fluorescence spectra of water samples, water source type identification can be carried out. With a complete database, coal mine water source judgment can be carried out in just a few seconds, which is of great significance for water hazard warning and post disaster first aid in coal mines.

1. Hardware features:

(1) The main part is the construction of the optical path, which uses the principle of fluorescence to emit laser light from the laser source;

(2) The laser is transmitted to the immersion probe through optical fiber, and a water sample is emitted from a certain mine pit of the tested mine. The probe collects the fluorescence excited by the water sample;

(3) Through fiber optic transmission, it passes through a long pass filter and a cut-off filter, and finally enters the fluorescence spectrum detection instrument. The fluorescence spectrum detection instrument is controlled to receive the collected fluorescence signal every 1ms.

(4) Long pass filters and cutoff filters filter out unwanted fluorescence wavelengths.

(5) The probe model has a small volume and can be directly placed in water without the need to build a detection pool, allowing for real-time online detection of water sources.

It can analyze the type of water source and display it in real-time, while also displaying parameters such as pH value and conductivity.
