The RTW-2010 melt physical property tester adopts an electric horizontal rotating support, and the device for measuring melt viscosity and melt density, surface tension, and conductivity automatically switches, running smoothly and reliably. ◆ Technical features:

The high-temperature furnace of the RTW-2010 metallurgical melt physical property testing device is a water-cooled stainless steel shell molybdenum disilicide resistance furnace.

The long-term operating temperature of the heating furnace is 1600 ℃, with a maximum heating temperature of 1700 ℃.

The molybdenum probe and measuring rod are coated with an anti-oxidation layer, and the inner and outer graphite crucibles are reusable, greatly reducing the cost of a single test;

The lifting mechanism is driven by servo motors, with large-diameter guide columns, graphite guide sleeves, and screw drive, ensuring smooth lifting and lowering of the heating furnace. Stepless speed regulation, high control accuracy, and accurate positioning.

Adopting electric horizontal rotation support, the device for testing melt viscosity automatically switches between testing melt density, surface tension, and conductivity, ensuring smooth and reliable operation.

The rotational speed (1-32) of the melt viscosity probe can be set, and there are multiple types of probes with large range and high accuracy.
