Basic network analysis with reliable performance

R&S ® The basic model of ZND network analyzer can perform unidirectional measurements up to 4.5 GHz. R&S ® ZND can upgrade its bidirectional measurement function and expand its frequency range to 8.5 GHz. R&S ® The large touch screen of ZND is easy to operate and very suitable for S-parameter measurement, even when multiple charts are needed. The analyzer can also add time-domain measurements to provide more functionality.

Vector Network Analysis R&S ® The ZND vector network analyzer can measure various parameters of electronic networks, such as the amplitude and phase of S-parameters. For production applications, users typically prefer to use instruments with fewer functions in order to reduce costs. R&S ® ZND can meet this requirement. The basic configuration mode of the analyzer can provide one-way testing function, with a frequency range of up to 4.5 GHz. The frequency range of the analyzer can be extended to 8.5 GHz and the bidirectional measurement function can be upgraded to ensure that it meets the constantly changing testing requirements in the future. The unidirectional testing device integrated with the basic unit of the analyzer includes a bridge and three receivers, which can perform unidirectional S11 and S21 measurements up to 4.5 GHz. This testing device can be used to test passive components such as filters, connectors, and antennas. Bidirectional testing device R&S ® The ZND basic unit can be extended with bidirectional measurement function to measure RF components. The bidirectional testing device consists of four receivers and two bridges, and can excite the tested equipment through port 2. When using this configuration, the analyzer can measure all four S-parameters (S11, S12, S21, and S22) and other network parameters of the dual port DUT.

Easy to upgrade, multiple options available for expanding R&S ® The functions of ZND basic units. R&S ® ZND can upgrade from a 4.5 GHz unidirectional testing device to an 8.5 GHz bidirectional testing device. The analyzer can also expand the power scanning range and add time-domain analysis function options. R&S ® ZND can also be equipped with GPIB interface and controller control processor interface (control processor I/O). The SNP Assistant software, Rohde&Schwarz SNP Assistant Measurement Wizard, can guide users more intelligently to complete the required tests and minimize the number of reconnections, which is very useful and efficient for vector networks when testing multi port DUTs (DUT ports are greater than vector network ports).
