It is a temporary immersion container used for in vitro cultivation of plants, which can increase yield compared to cultivation on semi-solid media.




RITA1L浸没式生物反应器

This simple and easy-to-use RITA submerged bioreactor system intermittently infiltrates plant cultures into the culture medium, providing nutrients and oxygen to the plant cultures. The 0.9L container is used to maintain the culture in a sieve tray or reactor. Pump low-pressure sterile filtered air into the culture chamber, forcing the liquid culture medium to rise and soak the culture.

Air flow provides oxygen to the culture medium and stirs the medium. When the air flow is turned off, the pressure drops and the culture medium returns to the bottom of the container. All components are sterilized under high pressure and reusable.

Using manifolds and solenoid valves, one air pump can automatically operate multiple containers. We do not provide manifolds, air pumps, inlet and outlet filters.
