Working principle of RFQ pure air gas drying hot air stove:
After the hot blast stove is started, the fuel is burned by the burner to produce high-temperature flue gas. The multi-layered inner lining transfers the heat of the high-temperature flue gas to the heated air. After multiple passes, the combustion engine flue gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney; The air that needs to be heated is sucked into the hot air stove by a blower or a thermal device through the air outlet. After absorbing heat, the temperature rises to the rated value and is sent out from the hot air outlet. When the hot air temperature reaches the rated upper limit temperature, the burner will automatically stop burning or switch to small flame combustion. When the hot air temperature drops to the rated lower limit temperature, the burner will reignite or switch to large flame combustion. The heating speed is achieved by adjusting the inlet valve.
Technical features:
1. The hot air stove is a universal hot air heating device, which has been optimized and designed with a reasonable structure. The whole machine integrates combustion and heat exchange, and uses indirect heating technology for heat exchange at the high-temperature parts of the furnace body.

This equipment is equipped with automatic temperature control and adjusts the temperature automatically according to the settings.
3. This furnace type adopts high temperature resistance measures, which greatly improves its service life compared to a tubular hot blast stove. The heat exchange part is less prone to dust accumulation, easy to clean, and has stable thermal performance. The fuel is suitable for diesel, natural gas, and liquefied gas as fuel.
